While in Phoenix, connect with the vortices using ATVOR, the Pillar of Light technology. (See Cobra’s web-site for explanation). It can be done anywhere.

Ashtar Command and St. Germain are “in charge” of the Liberation now.

Arcturans are bringing new information on the mental plane and we can attune to that.

A Planetary Reset is occuring, mimicking the one that Cobra has been explaining since 2012!

There will soon be a sudden collapse of the financial system. But it needs to be a controlled demolition.

The Dark Forces introduced COVID to buffer the awakening kundalini systems. However, this buffering intersects with an expansive pressure in society. There are three possible outcomes to this scenario: recovery, continued instability, or collapse.

Coronal Mass Ejections stimulate the kundalini, leading to revolutions. Suppression of the kundalini will cause an “explosion”, leading to rapid complete change. See how many revolutions are occuring in this fashion.

Goddess Energy needs to be manifested for the most peaceful outcome. Sisterhood of the Rose Groups are proliferating. (See Cobra’s blog). Monthly new-moon meditations will smooth the process.

The mass media is broadcasting trauma, increasing anxiety, and so creating a more traumatic time-line. Civil war in America is being promoted as an outcome.

The most importanat energy needed at this time is: Peace! The Goddess wants peace.

There are two resets being offered:

The WEF Reset and The Galactic Reset. The first promotes CBDCs/digital currency. “Money” created out of nothing. Cash at least has some signature of Abundance and so is preferable. The WEF seeks system failure. The Light Forces are backed by gold in The Philippines, Asia, and confiscated from the Rothschilds.

When people are poor they are easily controlled. Increased money leads to increased opportunity. Multiple studies show this.

Get ready for abundance!

The USA has a pivotal role in planetary liberation. This is signified at this time by a total eclipse of the sun on April 8 that will parallel the Goddess Line, thus signifying the arrival of the New Atlantis. (Cobra shows the equator from late Atlantis that went from Palmyra in Syria to Teotihuacan in Mexico. The Goddess Line.)

Activate Atlantis! It is planned to bury Galactic Cintamanis along this line, from Boston to Atlanta and beyond. As signs of the time, Jupiter trines Lilith on 11/5/24 and Pluto enters Aquarius on 11/19/24. The horoscope for the USA is very good!

We still use free will. There will be an attempt at civil war and chaos at the election. The Resistance Movement supports Trump. The Cabal could kill him but this is unlikely.

Invoke fairness and justice. Whistle-blowers will need protection. Trump is a grey hat, Biden is a black hat.

California and Arizona

California was supposed to trigger the Age of Aquarius. There are three main vortices: Los Angeles (El Pueblo de Nuestra Senora la Reina de Los Angeles, after Mother Mary). After World War 2, Ashtar anchored in Santa Monica.

San Francisco, after St. Francis, a previous incarnation of Kuthumi.

And Mount Shasta which is still active.

In 1995, we were close to a breakthrough when The Archon Invasion occurred at the LA Vortex.

A decision was made to trigger the Age of Aquarius NOW, in Phoenix, Tucson, and Sedona in Arizona.

Another attempt was made in California in 2019 by the Dragon Families but it was cancelled after Satanic interference by Michael Aquino (who is now deceased). Another re-activation will be made.

Special Military Operation

Aldeberans are based on the far side of the moon to avoid prying Earth eyes. The moon is mostly cleared of negatives. Their fleet is in low-earth orbit. Also underground and undersea.

Dracos incarnated as human but the positive Andromedans know about the Black Nobility and the negative Andromedans, and so will deal with them. Lucifer has surrendered and been taken to the galactic center for dissolution.

So, below and on the surface of the planet will be the last battle.

Principles of Manifestation

Everything in the Cosmos has a toroidal shape.

From our perspective, there is an anti-clockwise descending contracting rotation from Spirit and, at the null point, there is a switch of polarities. (See an image of this on Cobra’s blog.) Then it expands clockwise into matter.

First, make a decision. Clarity without confusion. The mental plane

Second, invocation with emotion and desire to support your decision. The emotional plane

Third, physical action.

It takes time to manifest, depending on the complexity. But never give up! The Light is ten times stronger than the Dark.

(We then performed an abundance ceremony, invoking St. Germain and using our personal gold and silver.)

De-manifestation is the same. Decide to stop. Even a physical illness.

An important act is the Revocation Decree, which cancels any contract with the Dark Forces. This drecree is available on Cobra’s site.

Anomaly can block the process. If so, drop it and start a new possible outcome.

If it is a complicated and multi-step process, focus on a small element. Once that is resolved, start on another element.

(Cobra led us in a meditation of call-and-respeonse between our soul-star chakras and our heart chakras, chanting OHM.)

The Galactic Wave of Love

A galactic wave of divine light is approaching us. It will arrive when enough anomaly is removed. Our planet is the focal point of this wave. Pleideans once were active in AZ. All of the three sites here need to be activated.

And connection with higher self/soul is needed for planetary liberation to occur. (We did a meditation then connecting our soul-star chakras with our heart chakras. The call and re-calling was wonderful!)

ATVOR Technology

This is a Pillar of Light, but more advanced, sent from ships to the surface.

But there are more distortions here than usual. Mjolnir technology increases the intensity.

Causes teleportation and healing. Also evacuation.

A low-earth orbit ship sends that pillar to each one. Many beings around us, however, are not so attuned and there are failures. Thus it works better away from humans, e.g., alone in nature. Also it is imperative to be doing one’s own shadow-work.

It can activate one’s light body, leading to ascension through superconductivity. Ascension is the expansion of consciouness, plus ATVOR.

Ashtar Command is liberating the solar system since 1953. He is coordinating with all races and increasing in intensity.

Those in pillars of light can stay in Cities of Light. A planet in the Pleiades is prepared for those who are aligned. A planet in the Aldeberan System is being prepared for those not aligned. Some can return after The Pole Shift.

Two types of Pillars of Light can be invoked: pure white and sky-blue. The same energy can be used as a bubble to surround and shield and protect from all negative energy. (And so it is!)

At this time dark anomaly is gathered close to the surface of Earth. Thus, the Dark Ones can only work there.

Goddess Energy

Balance of energy is absent here.Therefore, the time is now for the divine feminine to return. Love and compassion. Beauty and harmony.

Tha Archons invaded in three waves in order to destroy the feminine, the last one being in 1996.

2012 resulted in a return! Soft power, like water will liberate the planet.

The understnding of beauty is lost. Art, music, dance, and adornment is needed. These come from the heart. The archetype is eternal, coming from the soul.

Sisterhood of the Rose is the channel for this. There is no jealousy.

Activation of goddess temples is on-going. In India it never left!

The dark forces brought many layers of mental programming over the feminine. Kundalini/sex activation is crucial. Isis Astara is working behind the scenes.

WE ARE CLOSE TO VICTORY!

After 26,000 years the Light returns. A time to re-unite with star- and soul-families.

(There was then a very beautiful and moving ceremony by sisters of the rose, who blessed the attendees with tachyon-infused rosewater, scattered by roses by the beautiful ladies.)

Then we ended by dancing to “Tonight in Babylon”. Fun for all!

Ascension Conference notes

Here is my short and sweet notation of the events of the past wonderful weekend in Phoenix.

The following is not a verbatim record of Cobra, but rather my halting note-taking, expanded.

Isis is the guardian of this gathering of Her children.

DAY 1

Phoenix was chosen for a very distinct reason. There is a double wortex here. A divine feminine one is located inside the zoo where the conference took place. The other one, an ascension vortex, is situated a few miles South in Tempe. This is unusual and significant.

We are here as instruments of divine intervention. We invoke a Pillar of Light and then chant OHM thrice.

This gathering is the preparation of those most ready to take leadership roles at the Event.

Release everything learned. We live in a matrix that is limited due to implants received in Atlantis, present until now. These implants are strongest in the USA, unfortunately.

We must use the logical mind AND intuition. The internet is full of “intel” of which 95% is nonsense. Inner discernment is necessary. Perspective is crucial. Our emotions are entangled with belief-systems.

These will be forced out into the open beacuse we have little time to cope in order to see more of reality. Expand! Outside of the matrix the energy is angelic.

We are going into a galactic society. There will be mental, then emotional, then physical transitions, leading to a crash of the financial system. Then flollows a quantum leap of consciouness, simulataneous with a cosmic reset also! Expansion becomes contraction. That moment is NOW!

We live in a 4-dimensional existence.

The cosmos is a torus and this pattern is replicated throughour creation, from the macrocosmic to the microcosmic.

We live in a false vacuum state, a temorary state of physical laws. A “virus” expands and changes EVERYTHING. There will be a phase transition into a new cosmic cycle. Basic principles change. All darkness gone! The quantum and sub-quantum will disappear. (A phase transtion can be visualized in the change of liquid to frozen water.) So we go a true vacuum.

Here we are an high state of entropy. Higher dimensions will open up. It will be easier to understand. Society will change. Evolution will accelerate. Change is occuring faster when seen on a logarithmic scale.

America is the “New Atlantis” as envisaged by Sir Francis Bacon, a previous lifetime of Le Compte de St. Germain. It is a re-activation of the Light. He worked with Benjamin Franklin in The Nine Sisters’ Lodge in France. It provides the framework for change in society. We seek to reactivate the old grid of Atlantis. St. Germain has accumulated about 45 trillion dollars in September 2023 and works closely with star races and dragon families.

He works with Cobra. He distribtes Cintamanai stones from Sirius. These are time capsules that are to be activated.

Phoenix has been planted with these in a flower-of-life pattern. Other areas also.

Even more powerful are Galactic Cintamanis, now available. They come from the galactic central sun and trigger anomaly. Which needs to be cleared! They also stabilise the transition and make it smoother, together with bringing goddess energy.

Pleiadeans brought us tachyon chambers. Tachyons have been blocked by our Radiation Belt. They come from the quantum foam and are closely aligned with Source, causing harmonisation.

Pluto is playing a major part in the process. When in Capricorn all distortions are revealed, as seen recently. Alternating with transits into and out of Aquarius, the process intensifies. Once fully in Aquarius we enter galactic society.

There are no obvious signs yet, but awakening to the existence of the Dark is happening!

This transit of Pluto occured during the American and French revolutions but they were hijacked. There is a theory of civilisational change that, based on previous patterns, the next one (the fall of Westren Civilization) is due in 2024.676, roughly later this year. Astrology is a science, involving scalar interference patterns of planets and the background stars.

In 2025 there will be a sextile of Pluto Uranus, and Neptune, the three outermost planets. This last occurred about 500 years ago and led to the Renaissance. It will be most intense in late-Summer. Now we have the internet, the New Age, and Liberation. On this occasion all three planets change sign at the same time! Uranus also conjuncts Sedna which only occurs every 26,000 years, a Platonic Year! It also conjuncts the Pleiades. Haumea (in the Kuiper Belt) enters Scorpio, leading a to a New Age.

Sirius B is in an elliptical orbit around Sirius A and will be in apogee in 2025. This gives the highest amount of Light, the last occurence being in 1975.

Humans as a specie starteded in many star systems, not just Lyra.

The change will be sudden and drastic!

The Galactic Superwave and Solar Micronova Event

Our solar system torus is connected to the galactic scalar field. Every 26,000 years there is a pulse from the cosmic central sun. Earth is synchronised with this cycle.

The galactic superwave completes quickly, in four years. Every half-cycle (13,000 years) there is a solar flash which occurs during a solar maximum (which occurs in 2025). This can lead to a magnetic shift (which is already occuring), triggering a polar shift. The crust and mantle (at the Mohorovic Discontinuity) become disentangled. The rotation of the mantle stops, but the crust continues, leading to massive tsunamis.

The magnetic field is decreasing by 1 to 2 per cent per year. A Solar X20 flare can trigger collapse of the field. A X30 flare will be devastating. When it hits, spontaneous fires occur, with more earthquakes and volcanoes. Sun-spot activity is greater than predicted already.

In the “boiling analogy” we are in the late “Bubbles Rise” Phase. Suppressed human energy may not be easy to deal with, so the Event may be violent. Goddess energy is needed! Then the superwave will not be so severe.

Seeds of the new society will be planted, leading to Islands of Light. These will expand, leading to First Contact. It has started already below the surface where bases are being built. Mother ships are creating Dyson Spheres to buffer (but not stop) the superwave.

But anomaly needs to be cleared firstly!

Physics of the Quarantine

Pluto in Aquarius dissolves the Quarantine. Barriers preserve the power of the Dark and, since 1996, these have increased. Mass human sacrifice (Rwanda) and atomic bombs were used.

Since 12/21/2012 clearing started. The Year of the dragon this year will awaken the Dragon Families. They will disclose, creating holes in the Quarantine! Thus, some have come in to help put some out!! (Hint, hint)

Quarantine was created at the quantum and sub-quantum levels. The smallent (quantum) length is 10power-35m, called the Planck Length. The tension between the Absolute and the random fluctuations created particles such as tachyons.

Anomaly emerged randomly. Evil thus was born, worst on Earth. More was added from the Orion Network. But is also exisits in the sub-quantum dimensions and the laws of physics do not exist there.. It can only be approximately predicted. After the Event almost all sub-quantum anomaly will dissolve. The Lurker was projected by Source into the sub-quantum realm which was so painful that it became evil. Archangels projected into it in Orion. The negative Andromedan Group remains only now.

Progress continues. The Lurker has to expose itself. The last place it exists is in the energy field of humans here, leading to emotional and mental crises; cancer physically. It also affects the light forces through fear. But fear is manageable by facing it. Thus experience is gained! Risks must be taken to gain experience. Then anomaly will diminish. (Ask the Light Forces to take risks!) Thus understanding is the key. Everything is connected. Light needs to be anchored in the physical. The torus then becomes more harmonised.

Scalar magnetic fields maintain the quarantine through cellular telephone towers and telephones. Wi-fi networks also. They record all activities and conversations. Space Command monitors ET activity.

Ionospheric Heaters create VLF-EM fields. Thus the ionosphere is changed, blocking the Light.

Micowaves block and alter the brain. Allows the targeting of indiviuals and gang-stalking.

Bio-chips are no longer active, though sub-quantum anomaly remains there.

The ET presence changes EVERYTHING! Disclosures can happen at ANY time in ANY country.

Undergorund are the Agartha Network and the Blue Dragons (in China).

The Aldeberan Fleet is gathering near the moon. There are many other fleets arriving from the galaxy.The final act will play out soon. We were born for this!

Tektites are NOT of volcanic origin. They anchor the energies of star systems.

Central Race: galactic Cintamanis

Andromedans and Aldeberans: Tibetan

Pleiadeans: Sirius (regular) Cintamanis

Rigel: Libyan glass

Tektites will be step-upgraded since they insert higher dimensions into the surface of the planet

As well as ATVOR technology, the light forces use Quantum (Mjolnir) Cannons to transmute anomaly.

The Pleiadeans are back! Trust is needed. There has been trauma on both sides, but Aldeberans will take the lead. Some are undergorund. Some have secret missipns on the surface.. Cobra invited each of us to demand more active intervention from the Light Forces.

Andromedans have bases on the moon and these will be transferred underground here.

Our Special Forces will deal with the Black Nobility and the Draco.

(At the end, we invited any UFO to make an appearance in the sky over Phoenix that night.)
